THE TRIAL CHAMBER, proprio motu,

PURSUANT TO RULE 54

HEREBY ORDERS:

(1) the following motions shall be set down for hearing in sequence on Tuesday 1 October 1996 commencing at 10 a.m.:

- motion on defects in the form of the indictment filed on behalf of the accused Esad Landzo;

- motion for provisional release filed on behalf of the accused Esad Landzo;

- motion on defects in the form of the indictment filed on behalf of the accused Hazim Delic;

- motion for provisional release filed on behalf of the accused Hazim Delic;

(2) a status conference for all four accused shall be held in the afternoon of Tuesday 1 October 1996, commencing at 2.30 p.m;

(3) subject to further order, all other preliminary motions now pending in this matter shall be disposed of by the Trial Chamber without oral argument;

(4) the provisional trial date of 1 October 1996 set for the trial of the accused, Zdravko Mucic, is hereby vacated;

(5) additional dates for further status conferences and revised provisional dates for trial shall be set on 1 October 1996.
