NOTING the "Prosecutor’s Motion on the Order of Appearance of Defence Witnesses and the Order of Cross-Examination by the Prosecution and Counsel for the Co-Accused" ("Motion"), filed by the Office of the Prosecutor on 18 March 1998 (Official Record at Registry Page D5929 – D5935);
PURSUANT TO RULE 54
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
(1) The Trial Chamber shall hear oral arguments on the Motion on 30 March 1998 commencing at 10:00 a.m.;
(2) The Defence shall immediately thereafter commence the presentation of its case.
