 THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal");

 NOTING "Esad Landzo’s request for leave of court to amend witness list and to propose order of defence evidence", filed 6 July 1998 (RP D6867-D6870) ("Motion");

 FURTHER NOTING the oral submissions of the Defence for Esad Landzo made on 2 July 1998;

 CONSIDERING the obligation on the Defence, pursuant to the "Scheduling Order" of 24 April 1998, (RP D6097-D6099), to "file confidentially with the Registry for service on the other defendants and the Trial Chamber, a complete list of the witnesses which it intends to call, stating the order in which they are to appear, a summary of their evidence including the counts to which each witness is to testify and the expected length of the examination in chief, by 15 May 1998.";

 FURTHER CONSIDERING the duty of the Trial Chamber to ensure a fair and expeditious trial, pursuant to Article 20 of the Statute of the International Tribunal ("Statute");

 PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 20 OF THE STATUTE AND RULE 54 OF THE RULES;

 HEREBY ORDERS the Defence for Esad Landzo to file confidentially with the Registry, for service upon the other accused and the Trial Chamber a supplement to the Motion which contains a summary of each witness’ evidence including the counts to which each witness is to testify and the expected length of the examination in chief, by 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 9 July 1998.
