I, Richard May, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"), exercising the functions of the President pursuant to Rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules"),

NOTING Esad Landzo’s Request for Extension of Time-Limits Pursuant to Rule 116 (sic), and Esad Landzo’s Amended Request for Extension of Time-Limits Pursuant to Rule 116 (sic), both filed on 10 December 1998 ("Landzo’s Requests);

NOTING the Order of the Acting President for the Assignment of a Bench of the Appeals Chamber, filed on 21 December 1998 ("Order Assigning a Bench");

NOTING Zdravko Mucic’s Request for an Extension of Time Limits Pursuant to Rule 127 filed on 31 December 1998, Esad Landzo’s Request for Certified Copy of Record filed in 6 January 1999, and Appellant-Cross Appellee Hazim Delic’s Motion for Extension of Time to File Appellate Brief filed on 15 January 1999 ("Additional Applications");

NOTING the Order for the Assignment of Judges to the Appeals Chamber, filed on 28 January 1999 ("Order Assigning Judges");

CONSIDERING the recomposition of the Appeals Chamber which has taken place pursuant to the Order Assigning Judges and the Additional Applications which have been filed in this Appeal;

HAVING CONSULTED the Judges of the International Tribunal;

PURSUANT to Rule 22 of the Rules;

HEREBY VACATE the Order Assigning a Bench.
