I, IAIN BONOMY, Judge of Trial Chamber III of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

HAVING BEEN DESIGNATED as pre-trial Judge in this case by virtue of an Order of 7 March 2005,

CONSIDERING the Indictment against Sreten Lukic ("Accused"), which was filed by the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Tribunal on 2 October 2003,

CONSIDERING the transfer of the Accused to the International Tribunal on 4 April 2005,

CONSIDERING the initial appearance of the Accused to be held before me as Pre-trial Judge, on 6 April 2005 pursuant to Rule 62 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules"),

PURSUANT TO Rule 64 of the Rules,

HEREBY ORDER the detention on remand of the Accused and enjoin the Commanding Officer of the United Nations Detention Unit of the International Tribunal in The Hague to detain the Accused until further order.
