THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of a confidential "Defendant, Sreten Lukicís Emergency Motion Seeking Provisional Release" filed by counsel for Sreten Lukic ("Defence") on 23 May 2005 ("Motion"),

HEREBY ORDERS as follows:

  2. the Prosecution may file a response to the Motion within seven days.
