MR. LUKIC: [Interpretation] Your Honours, according to schedule,

we were supposed to hear Mr. Slobodan Kosovac, who was our expert

witness.  We wanted to inform the Chamber, as we had the OTP a moment

ago, that this Defence will not hear this expert testimony, and we wish

to withdraw our motion that his expert report be tendered into evidence.

As for why I'm only addressing the Chamber regarding this issue,

I can tell you that for the past four and a half days, we went through an

intensive proofing.  This included the weekend as well as daytime and in

the evening, and this was our final conclusion, which we reached late

yesterday afternoon.  That is why we had to wait for Monday morning to

     inform you of this.

JUDGE MOLOTO:  Thank you, Mr. Lukic.

May the Chamber please move into private session.
