I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("Tribunal"),

NOTING the "Order Assigning a Case to a Trial Chamber," filed on 5 April 2004, which, upon transfer of the Accused Jadranko Prlic, Bruno Stojic, Slobodan Praljak, Milivoj Petkovic, Valentin Coric and Berislav Pusic to the seat of the Tribunal, assigned this case to Trial Chamber I;

NOTING that Rule 19 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal authorizes the President of the Tribunal to coordinate the work of the Chambers;

CONSIDERING the trial management and case distribution needs of the Tribunal;

CONSIDERING that Trial Chamber I is currently seized of the "Defence Motion on Behalf of Rasim Delic Seeking Access to all Confidential Material in the Prlic Case," filed on 13 October 2005; the "Prosecution Motion for Protective Measures with Respect to Witness Testimony Given Under Rule 70," filed on 21 October 2005; and the "Motion of the Defence for the Accused Petkovic for Certification to Appeal the Trial Chamber's Decision on Prosecution's Application for Leave to Amend the Indictment and of Defence Complaints on Form of Proposed Indictment," filed on 25 October 2005;

HEREBY REASSIGN, effective immediately, Prosecutor v. Prlic et al., Case No. IT-04-74-PT to Trial Chamber II, except for the three motions currently pending before Trial Chamber I, of which Trial Chamber I shall remain seized.
