13                           [Open session]

14             THE REGISTRAR:  Your Honours, we're back in open session.  Thank

15     you.

16             JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] In open session:  Tomorrow, we

17     have a witness that has been scheduled.  The time allocation runs as

18     follows:  Coric's Defence will have 30 minutes, pursuant to Rule 92 ter;

19     Mr. Stojic's Defence, 20 minutes; Mr. Petkovic's Defence, 30 minutes; if

20     need be, the other Defence teams will have 36 minutes which they can

21     share between them; and the Prosecution will have two hours.  I hope that

22     there will be no time-wasting objections tomorrow, because this witness

23     could only come again on the 25th of March, but on the 25th of March we

24     have another witness that has been planned.

25             There will be 30 minutes, then, for the Coric Defence.  So the

Page 51331

1     other Defence teams will have 20 minutes, as far as Petkovic and Stojic

2     Defence teams are concerned, 36 minutes for the other Defence teams, and

3     the Prosecution will have one hour.  All of this is very short, as one

4     says in English, so you will have to be disciplined to make sure that we

5     can finish Pero Nikolic's testimony on Thursday.  This is how things

 6     stand today.

7             Coric's Defence counsel can confirm that these two witnesses are

8     ready and that they will come to testify over the next two days?

9             MS. TOMASEGOVIC TOMIC: [Interpretation] Yes, they are.  The

10     witnesses are here, and they are ready, both of them.

11             JUDGE ANTONETTI: [Interpretation] I wish you all a pleasant

12     afternoon.  We shall meet again tomorrow at 9.00.

13                           --- Whereupon the hearing adjourned at 11.40 a.m.,

14                           to be reconvened on Wednesday, the 24th day of

15                           March, 2010, at 9.00 a.m.
