JUDGE PATRICK ROBINSON and JUDGE RICHARD MAY, members of Trial Chamber III of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

NOTING that the third member of the Trial Chamber, Judge Mohamed Fassi Fihri, is, due to illness, unable to continue sitting in this matter for a period which is likely to be of short duration,

CONSIDERING that the remaining Judges of the Trial Chamber are satisfied that it is in the interests of justice to continue the hearing of the case in the absence of Judge Fassi Fihri,

PURSUANT to Rule 15 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

WITH THE AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES,

AND HAVING SO ORDERED orally on 26 July 2001,

HEREBY CONFIRM THE ORAL ORDER that the hearing of the case of Prosecutor v. Sikirica et al, Case No. IT-95-8, shall continue in the absence of Judge Mohamed Fassi Fihri on Thursday 26 and Monday 30 July 2001.
