NOTING the Motion For Joinder Of Accused And Concurrent Presentation Of Evidence ("Motion") filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 22 April 1998,
NOTING the Order Of The President on Applications To Assign A Case To A Trial Chamber issued on 21 April 1998 providing that the issues raised in the Motion be discussed by the Prosecution and the Defence for Miroslav Kvocka, Mladen Radic, Zoran Zigic and Milan Kovacevic before Trial Chamber II as part of the pre-trial proceedings in the case of Prosecutor v. Milan Kovacevic,
PURSUANT TO RULE 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY ORDERS as follows:
(1) the Defence for Miroslav Kvocka, Mladen Radic, Zoran Zigic and Milan Kovacevic each have until Thursday 7 May 1998 to file their response to the Motion; and
(2)the Trial Chamber will hear oral argument on the Motion on Monday 11 May 1998 at 10 a.m.
