THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of the "Prosecution’s Filing of Expert Reports Pursuant to Rule 94 bis", filed on 17 April 2001 ("the filing") and the "Prosecution’s Supplemental Filing of Expert Reports Pursuant to Rule 94 bis" ("the supplemental filing") filed on 23 April 2001,

NOTING that under Rule 94 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("the Rules"), the Defence have 14 days in which to except the expert witness statement or indicate a wish to cross-examine the expert witness,

NOTING that the 14 days referred to in Rule 94 bis has now expired,

PURSUANT TO Rules 94 bis and 54 of the Rules,

HEREBY admits the statements annexed to the filing and the supplemental filing into evidence in this proceeding without requiring the witnesses to be called to testify in person.
