THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

HAVING REGARD TO the "Decision on the Prosecution’s Interlocutory Appeal Against the Trial Chamber’s 10 April 2003 Decision on Prosecution Motion for Judicial Notice of Adjudicated Facts", issued by the Appeals Chamber on 28 October 2003 ("Appeals Chamber Decision"),

PURSUANT TO Rules 94 and 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence
