THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of a Prosecution request to admit documents used during the cross-examination of Witness Kosta Mihajlovic, on 17 December 2004,

PURSUANT to Rules 54 and 89 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HEREBY ORDERS as follows:

  1. The following documents shall be admitted: (1) a chapter, entitled "My Biggest Mistake", from Stambolic’s book; (2) a report entitled, "The Conference on Yugoslavia: summary of developments, 7 September – 5 November 1991"; and (3) a document in Yugoslavia Through Documents From Its Creation to Its Dissolution, entitled "No. 246h, Serbia and Montenegro (Paper by the Co-Chairman), at page 711.

  2. The following document shall not be admitted: a chapter in The Road to War in Serbia, entitled "Who Exploited Whom?"
