BEING SEISED of a "Prosecution Schedule of Current Status of Protective Measures Needs of Witnesses", filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 19 August 2002 concerning the Croatia indictment ("the Schedule"), in which the Prosecution request that, pending the determination of applications for protective measures at a date closer to trial, the witnesses referred to in confidential Annex A to the Schedule be referred to by the pseudonym identified therein,

CONSIDERING that the witnesses identified in Annex A to the Schedule should be dealt with in the same way as the witnesses subject to the Chamber’s 30 July Decision,
PURSUANT TO RULE 75 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal
