THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
NOTING that the accused in these proceedings was unable to attend court on 1 November and 4 November 2002 due to ill health,
NOTING that the accused has been examined this morning by the Medical Officer, Dr. Paulus Falke,
PURSUANT TO RULE 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal
HEREBY ORDERS THE REGISTRAR to obtain and provide to the Trial Chamber by 3pm today, a written medical report from the Medical Officer setting out the condition of the accused and a prognosis of when he is likely to be able to attend court.
