THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the "Prosecutionís Response to Accusedís Objections to Admission of Intercepted Communications" filed by the Prosecution on 31 October 2002,

NOTING the "Amici Curiaeís Observations on Prosecutionís Response to Accusedís Objections to Admission of Intercepted Communications and Confidential Annex A" filed by the amici on 12 November 2002 ("Observations"),

CONSIDERING that it would be helpful and appropriate for the Prosecution to reply to the amiciís Observations,

PURSUANT TO RULE 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal

HEREBY ORDERS the Prosecution to reply to the amiciís Observations by 12pm, Monday, 18 November 2002.
