THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
HAVING HEARD the testimony of the witness Milan Babic as protected witness C-061, which included hearing testimony in closed session and admitting exhibits into evidence under seal, up until 6 December 2002, when these protective measures were removed on the request of the witness,
NOTING that in light of the lifting of the protective measures, the Trial Chamber wishes to make public the testimony given in closed session and exhibits admitted under seal, whilst ensuring that in so doing it is not releasing any material which should remain confidential,
PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence
HEREBY ORDERS the Prosecution to review the transcript and exhibits of Milan Babic and report back to the Trial Chamber, by 17 December 2002, with respect to whether any such material currently under seal should remain under seal.
