THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED OF a “Prosecution Motion to Unseal and Make Public Trial Testimony of Jovan Dulović”, filed on 26 February 2003, appending a letter from Mr. Dulovic stating that he agrees to the closed session testimony he gave in these proceedings being made public,

HAVING HEARD the testimony of the witness Jovan Dulović from 16-18 October 2002, which included some testimony in closed session,

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence

HEREBY ORDERS the Registry to release publicly all of the testimony of Jovan Dulović which was given in closed session.
