I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),
NOTING the "Order Concerning the Preparation and Presentation of the Defence Case," issued by Trial Chamber III on 17 September 2003;
NOTING the "Decision Granting Request by the Amici Curiae for Certification of Appeal Against a Decision of the Trial Chamber," issued by Trial Chamber III on 25 September 2003;
NOTING the "Interlocutory Appeal by the Amici Curiae Against the Trial Chamber Order Concerning the Presentation and Preparation of the Defence Case Dated 17 September 2003," filed 1 October 2003;
CONSIDERING the composition of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal set out in Document IT/220 of the International Tribunal, dated 1 October 2003;
CONSIDERING Articles 12(3) and 14(3) of the Statute of the International Tribunal;
HEREBY ORDER that the Appeals Chamber in Case No. IT-02-54-AR73.6, The Prosecutor v. Slobodan Milosevic, shall be composed, with immediate effect, as follows:
