THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of an oral application by the Prosecution to interpose the witness, Ante Marković, into the testimony of witness B-1805, who is currently testifying,

CONSIDERING that the Mr. Marković’s testimony is part heard and that it is appropriate to allow the witness to conclude his evidence this week,

PURSUANT TO Rules 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,

HEREBY ORDERS as follows:

    1. The testimony of witness B-1805 shall be suspended pending the conclusion of the testimony of the witness Ante Marković, after which the testimony of B-1805 shall be concluded;

    2. The witness Ante Marković shall conclude his testimony, commencing at 9am on Thursday, 15 January 2004
