THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the following procedural history with respect to Carl Bildt:
NOTING that Rule 98 of the Rules provides that the Trial Chamber may proprio motu summon witnesses and order their attendance,
CONSIDERING that it would assist the Trial Chamber to receive the evidence of the witness and that it is appropriate for the Trial Chamber to call the witness under Rule 98 of the Rules,
PURSUANT to Rule 98 of the Rules,
HEREBY SUMMONS and ORDERS the attendance of Carl Bildt to give evidence before the Trial Chamber in the present matter and will ISSUE further orders with respect to this matter in due course.
