THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

Proprio motu

HAVING RECEIVED a medical report from Dr. Falke, dated 19 April 2005, stating, inter alia, that the Accused is not medically fit to attend court this week and noting that the condition of the Accused will be reviewed again on Monday, 25 April 2005,

CONSIDERING that the Trial Chamber considers it appropriate for the treating cardiologist, Dr. van Dijkman, to examine the Accused and report to it in writing by Friday, 22 April 2005,

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence

HEREBY ORDERS the Registrar to arrange for the Accused to be examined by Dr. van Dijkman and to obtain from him, by Friday 22 April 2005, a detailed medical report on the condition of the Accused and when he might be fit to return to court.
