I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the "Decision on Contempt of the Tribunal" rendered by Trial Chamber III on 13 May 2005 finding Kosta Bulatovic guilty of contempt of the International Tribunal;

NOTING the "Notice of Appeal of Decision on Contempt of the Tribunal" filed by Kosta Bulatovic ("Appellant") on 27 May 2005;

CONSIDERING the composition of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal set forth in Document IT/222 of the International Tribunal, dated 17 November 2003;

CONSIDERING Articles 12(3) and 14(3) of the Statute of the International Tribunal and Rule 77(J) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

HEREBY ORDER that the five-judge bench of the Appeals Chamber in Case No. IT-02-54-A-R77.4 Prosecutor v. Slobodan Milosevic, shall, with immediate effect, be composed as follows:
