THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of a "Motion for leave to file a second amended indictment" filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 16 October 2001 ("the Motion"),

NOTING the Order of the Trial Chamber of 13 September 2001 regulating the filing of motions and requiring all parties and the amici curiae to respond to motions within fourteen days of the filing of such motions,

NOTING also the Order Granting Extension of Time issued on 21 September 2001, scheduling oral argument on certain other motions in this matter for Monday 29 October 2001,
