THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
NOTING that a number of documents tendered by Slobodan Milosevic ("the Accused"), in the course of the Kosovo phase of the Prosecution case, were marked for identification and not admitted, pending further clarification of their status,
CONSIDERING that since the end of the Kosovo phase of the Prosecution case on 11 September 2002, it appears to the Trial Chamber that the Prosecution has not indicated its position with regard to the aforementioned documents,
PURSUANT TO Rules 54 and 89 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,
HEREBY ORDERS the Prosecution to indicate its position, by 15 October 2002, with regard to the admission of the following exhibits: D2, D5, D8, D23, D24, D25, D27, D28, D30, D35, D36, D38, and D39.
