I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("Tribunal"),

NOTING the Decision on Referral of Case Under Rule 11 bis, filed by the Trial Chamber on 17 May 2005,

NOTING the Application for Extension of Time to File Notice of Appeal, filed by Radovan Stankovic on 25 May 2005,

CONSIDERING Articles 12(3) and 14(3) of the Statute of the Tribunal (hereinafter "the Statute") and Rule 27 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,

CONSIDERING the composition of the Appeals Chamber of the Tribunal as set out in Document IT/222, issued on 17 November 2003;

HEREBY ORDER that, in Prosecutor v. Radovan Stankovic, Case No. IT-96-23/2-AR11bis.1, the Appeals Chamber shall be composed as follows.
