THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal"),

NOTING the "Prosecution’s Motion for the Trial Chamber to Conduct an On-site Visit to Dubrovnik", filed on 26 July 2004, together with a confidential Annex,

NOTING the "Defence Response to the Prosecution’s Motion for the Trial Chamber to Conduct an On-site Visit to Dubrovnik, filed confidentially on 3 August 2004,

NOTING that the site visit was conducted by the Trial Chamber in the area of Dubrovnik between 1 and 4 September 2004, during which the parties were given the opportunity to make observations,

PURSUANT to Rules 4, 54 and 89 of the Rules of procedure and evidence,

ORDERS that the following documents be admitted into evidence and marked as exhibits:

  1. Observations of counsel and notes of Trial Chamber

  2. Record of the locations viewed and/or visited

  3. Video recording of the viewed locations

  4. Two maps,
