THE APPEALS CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of a confidential "Prosecution’s Submissions Concerning Redaction of Material Relating to Decision of 4 November 1998" ("the Request"), with a partly ex parte attachment ("the Attachment"), filed by the Office of the Prosecutor ("Prosecution") on 7 March 2000,

CONSIDERING the reasons, as stated in the Request, for limiting disclosure of the material in the Attachment prior to redaction,

HEREBY GRANTS THE REQUEST and instructs the Registrar of the International Tribunal to serve copies of the material in the Attachment on the following persons only:

  1. Milan Vujin;

  2. Mr. William Clegg; and

  3. Mr. John Livingston;

AND ORDERS as follows:

  1. the material in the Attachment disclosed pursuant to this Order shall not be disclosed to any person other than the three persons specifically referred to above, without leave of the Appeals Chamber; and

  2. the three persons referred to above shall each submit their approval of, additions to or comments on the proposed redactions no later than Friday 9 June 2000.
