THIS APPEALS CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),

BEING SEISED of proceedings commenced against Mr. Milan Vujin pursuant to Rule 77 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal,

HAVING ADJOURNED the proceedings part-heard on 28 April 1999,

HEREBY ORDERS as follows:

  1. the completion of the testimony of witness D is scheduled for Monday 28 June 1999, commencing at 10 a.m; and
  2. all other witnesses, including those to be called by Mr. Vujin, shall be heard in the two-week period commencing Monday 30 August 1999 to Friday 10 September 1999.

Further Orders will be issued as to the conduct of the proceedings.
