NOTING that a Sentencing Hearing ("Sentencing Hearing") in that case is to be held,

NOTING that hearings In the Matter of Allegations against Prior Counsel, Prosecutor v. Dusko Tadic, Case no. IT-94-1-A-R77 are scheduled to resume during the two-week period from 30 August 1999 until 10 September 1999,

PURSUANT to Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence,

ORDERS that:

    1. The Sentencing Hearing will be held on Monday 30 August 1999 commencing at 2.30 p.m.;
    2. The hearings In the Matter of Allegations against Prior Counsel (IT-94-1-A-R77) will resume on Tuesday 31 August 1999 at 10 a.m.
