THE TRIAL CHAMBER

PURSUANT TO RULES 54 and 100

HEREBY ORDERS:

the parties shall file their written submissions as to any relevant information that may assist the Trial Chamber in determining an appropriate sentence by Monday 9 June 1997;

in those written submissions the parties shall indicate whether they wish to make any oral submissions to the Trial Chamber, advising the Trial Chamber of the nature of those submissions and whether any witnesses are to be heard and, if so, the number and names of such witnesses, and indicating the estimated time necessary for such submissions;

oral submissions on sentencing shall be scheduled for the period Tuesday 17 to Friday 21 June 1997, depending upon the time required;

(4) sentencing is set for Tuesday 1 July 1997.
