I, FAUSTO POCAR, Vice-President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia Since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING that, by the order of the President of the International Tribunal issued on 1 September 2003, this case has been assigned to Trial Chamber II composed of Judges Carmel Agius, Florence Mumba and Wolfgang Schomburg;

CONSIDERING that, as set out in Document IT/220 of the International Tribunal issued on 1 October 2003, Judge Wolfgang Schomburg is no longer a member of Trial Chamber II;

NOTING the assignment of Judge Jean-Claude Antonetti to Trial Chamber II, as set out in Document IT/220;

CONSIDERING the temporary absence of President Theodor Meron;

CONSIDERING that, pursuant to Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal, the Vice-President of the International Tribunal shall exercise the functions of the President during the latter’s absence;

HEREBY ASSIGN, with immediate effect, Judge Jean-Claude Antonetti to the present case;

AND DETERMINE that the Trial Chamber in case No. IT-97-25/1-PT, The Prosecutor v. Mitar Rasevic, shall now be composed as follows:

Judge Carmel Agius

Judge Florence Mumba

Judge Jean-Claude Antonetti
