 2                           [Open session]

 3                           [The accused entered court]

 4                           --- Upon commencing at 9.05 a.m.

5             THE REGISTRAR:  Good morning, Your Honours.  Good morning,

6     everyone in and around the courtroom.

7             This is case IT-08-91-T, the Prosecutor versus Mico Stanisic and

 8     Stojan Zupljanin.

9             JUDGE HALL:  Thank you, Madam Registrar.

10             Good morning to everyone.

11             Before I call for the appearances, I note that for today and for

12     the remainder of this week we're sitting under Rule 15 bis.

13             Yes, may I have the appearances, please.

14             MR. OLMSTED:  Good morning, Your Honours.  Matthew Olmsted,

15     Tom Hannis, and Crispian Smith for the Prosecution.

16             MR. CVIJETIC: [Interpretation] Good morning, Your Honours.  ON

17     behalf of Mico Stanisic's Defence team, Slobodan Cvijetic,

18     Eugene O'Sullivan, and Tatjana Savic.

19             MR. KRGOVIC:  Good morning, Your Honours.  Dragan Krgovic for

20     Zupljanin Defence.

21             JUDGE HALL:  Thank you.

22             We have been alerted that, before we do anything else, there is

23     an application that we would have to consider, Mr. -- well, before I call

24     on Mr. Olmsted, are there any other preliminary matters to which we

25     should be alerted?

Page 12941

 1             I guess not.

 2             Mr. Olmsted.

3             MR. OLMSTED:  Thank you, Your Honour.

4             Yes, yesterday evening the next witness informed us that he

5     wanted protective measures.  It appears this isn't the first occasion he

6     made such a request, but due to an apparent oversight on our part, we did

7     not include him in our last motion for protective measures.  And so we

8     would ask that the witness be heard on this issue, and the Prosecution

 9     will support this application.

10             JUDGE HALL:  So the first step, I suppose, is to go into closed

11     session so that we can hear from the witness.
