 2                           [Open session]

 3                           [The accused entered court]

 4                           --- Upon commencing at 9.06 a.m.

5             THE REGISTRAR:  Good morning, Your Honours.  Good morning to

6     everyone in and around the courtroom.

7             This is case IT-08-91-T, the Prosecutor versus Mico Stanisic and

 8     Stojan Zupljanin.

9             JUDGE HALL:  Thank you, Madam Registrar.

10             Good morning to everyone.

11             Before we revert to closed sessions, may I take the appearances,

12     please.

13             MR. OLMSTED:  Good morning, Your Honours.  Matthew Olmsted,

14     Tom Hannis, and Crispian Smith for the Prosecution.

15             MR. ZECEVIC:  Good morning, Your Honours.  Slobodan Zecevic,

16     Slobodan Cvijetic, Eugene O'Sullivan, and Ms. Tatjana Savic appearing for

17     Stanisic Defence this morning.  Thank you.

18             MR. KRGOVIC:  Good morning, Your Honours.  Dragan Krgovic for

19     Zupljanin Defence.

20             JUDGE HALL:  Thank you.

21             MR. HANNIS:  Your Honour, if I may.

22             JUDGE HALL:  Yes, Mr. Hannis.

23             MR. HANNIS:  Before the witness comes in, there's just one

24     housekeeping matter I wanted to raise.  On 3rd of May, 2010, Ms. Korner

25     was dealing with a witness, ST-187, showed him an exhibit, which was

Page 13031

1     65 ter number 92, which, at the time, had already been marked MFI as

2     P141.  Upon her further discussion with that witness, then Ms. Korner

3     sought to have the document admitted and the MFI removed.  It was

4     admitted and marked, but the record did not reflect the exhibit number of

 5     P141.

6             So I just want to put that in the record now, so that as we're

7     searching for that, we will be able to find it in the transcript at the

 8     end of the trial.

 9             Thank you.

10             JUDGE HALL:  Thank you, Mr. Hannis.  It was --

11                           [Trial Chamber and Registrar confer]

12             JUDGE HALL:  Yes, so we go back into closed session.

23                           [Open session]

24             THE REGISTRAR:  We are in open session, Your Honours.

25                           [Trial Chamber and Registrar confer]

Page 13096

1             JUDGE HALL:  I was just waiting for the noise to abate before

2     inviting counsel for the Prosecution to indicate what the position is

 3     with the next witness.

4             MR. OLMSTED:  Thank you, Your Honour.

5             We report that the next witness has just finished reviewing his

6     extensive testimony in prior cases and is now undergoing our standard

7     proofing before he testifies.  And, therefore, it would be best, from the

8     position of the Prosecution, if he begins his testimony first thing

9     tomorrow.  I think we're in the morning.

10             This will not impact our schedule for the rest of the week, in

11     light of the amount of cross-examination time that the Defence is

12     requesting.  We should -- still should finish both witnesses -- to the

13     extent -- the third witness, I know we're only doing the

14     examination-in-chief, but we should be able to get through that still

15     before the end of Thursday.

16             JUDGE HALL:  Thank you.

17             The parties would be aware that tomorrow, for reasons external to

18     the management of this trial, we have a late start.  We don't begin until

19     11.15.  And having regard to the accommodations that have to be made in

20     terms of the arrangements for the accused, cumulatively we would only be

21     sitting for three hours and 25 minutes tomorrow, so it would be -- that's

22     35 minutes shorter than the usual four hours of sitting time we have each

23     day.

24             So we would begin at 11.15 and sit until 12.25; and then from

25     12.45 to 1.45; and after an hour's break we would sit from 2.45 to 4.00.

Page 13097

1     And we will be sitting in Courtroom I tomorrow.

2             So we take the adjournment until 11.15 in Courtroom I tomorrow.

 3                            --- Whereupon the hearing adjourned at 1.02 p.m.,

4                           to be reconvened on Wednesday, the 21st day

 5                           of July, 2010, at 11.15 a.m.
