"Corrigendum
- Amendments to the Rules of Procedure and Evidence"
The text of Rule 54 bis (D) (i) of the English version of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence, as amended by IT/199, is corrected to rectify a typesetting error, as follows: For: (D) (i) Subject to any order of a Judge or Chamber, the Registrar may transmit a certified copy of a warrant of arrest to the person or authorities to which it is addressed, including the national authorities of a State in whose territory or under whose jurisdiction the accused resides, or was last known to be, or is believed by the Registrar to be likely to be found. Except in cases where a decision has been taken pursuant to paragraph
(B) or paragraph (E), the State concerned shall be given notice of the
application, and not less than fifteen days' notice of the hearing of
the application, at which the State shall have an opportunity to be heard.
