"Further Order for filing of Motions"

Pre-Trial Judge Hunt

Due to a momentary shortage of personnel available to translate the French language into the English language, the pre-trial Judge, Judge Hunt, decided that the time limits set under the Rules of Procedure and Evidence and in the Order for Filing of Motions for the Prosecutor's response or reply to documents filed by Counsel for the accused in the French language shall not begin to run until the Prosecutor has received a translation of that document into the English language.
