MOMCILO GRUBAN ON PROVISIONAL RELEASE
On Saturday 20 July 2002, Momcilo Gruban was provisionally released from the ICTY Detention Unit, pursuant to a Decision on 17 July by Trial Chamber III, comprised of Judges Richard May (Presiding), Patrick Robinson and O-Gon Kwon.
The Chamber’s Decision followed a Motion filed on 6 June 2002, by the Defence of Gruban and a Response to the Motion filed by the Office of the Prosecutor dated 17 June 2002.
