Questions:

Asked for an update on the status of the prosecution’s motion to amend the Karadžić indictment, Jelačić said that the motion and proposed amended indictment were being translated into Bosnian/ Croatian/Serbian. She added that in accordance to the Rules the accused has the right to file a response to the motion within 14 days of receiving the motion and proposed amended indictment in the language he understands. Jelačić added that the Prosecution will then have seven days to file a reply if the Chamber permits it to do so. It is then that the Chamber will render its decision.
