I, FAUSTO POCAR, Presiding Judge in this case,

CONSIDERING the Judgement rendered by the Appeals Chamber on 29 July 2004 in Prosecutor v. Tihomir Blaskic, Case No. IT-95-14-A ("Appeals Judgement"), and the Partial Dissenting Opinion of Judge Weinberg De Roca appended to the Appeals Judgement ("Partial Dissenting Opinion");

NOTING that footnote 830, second paragraph, lines 1-2, of the Appeals Judgement currently reads:

“After the Military Police unit had committed the crime in Ahmici, of which BLASKIC informed Darijo KORDIC by telephone . . .”

but should read as follows:

“After the Military Police unit had committed the crime in Ahmići, of which Darijo KORDIC informed BLASKIC by telephone . . .”;

NOTING that paragraph 44, lines 2-4, of the Partial Dissenting Opinion currently reads:

"In addition, the Trial Chamber considered the special symbolic significance of Ahmici and its Mosque to the Muslim community in Croatia."

but should read as follows:

"In addition, the Trial Chamber considered the special symbolic significance of Ahmici and its Mosque to the Muslim community in Bosnia and Herzegovina.";

ON THE BASIS OF THE FOREGOING,

HEREBY ORDER with the consent of the Bench and of the Judge having appended the Partial Dissenting Opinion in this case, that the Appeals Judgement and Partial Dissenting Opinion shall be amended to read as set out above.
