________________________________________________________________________________

FURTHER ORDER IN RELATION TO APPLICATION BY TIHOMIR BLASKIC FOR ACCESS TO NON-PUBLIC TRANSCRIPTS AND EXHIBITS

________________________________________________________________________________

The Office of the Prosecutor:

Mr Upawansa Yapa

Counsel for the Applicant:

Mr Anto Nobilo
Mr Russell Hayman
Mr Andrew M Paley

I, Florence Ndepele Mwachande Mumba, Vice-President,

CONSIDERING that the "Order in Relation to Application by Tihomir Blaskic for Access to Non-public Transcripts and Exhibits" filed on 11 October 2001 contains an error in respect of the date by which the Prosecution must file its fresh response, and that account should be taken of the official UN holiday, which falls on Wednesday, 24 October 2001,

CONSIDERING that in order to clear up any uncertainty as to how the filings should take place,

HEREBY ORDER that:

  1. The Prosecution is to file its fresh response, if any, by 12 a.m. on Friday, 26 October 2001.
  2. The parties should file the required documents before me, but in the cases of Prosecutor v Kupreskic1, Prosecutor v Furundzija2 and Prosecutor v Kordic and Cerkez3.

Done in both English and French, the English version being authoritative.

Done this the sixteenth day of October 2001
At The Hague
The Netherlands
