The Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the International Tribunal"),
NOTING the Order issued on 19 May 2000, suspending the briefing schedule;
NOTING the "Decision on the Appellant’s Motions for the Production of Material, Suspension or Extension of the Briefing Schedule, and Additional Filings" issued on 26 September 2000, which ordered that the briefing schedule remained suspended;
NOTING the Status Conference held on 18 June 2001, where the Pre-Appeal Judge stated that the briefing schedule would be resumed once a decision on the admission of additional evidence on appeal is issued;
NOTING that the Appeals Chamber has received and reviewed the submissions of the parties pursuant to Rule 115 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("the Rules");
CONSIDERING that the Appeals Chamber would be better placed in reaching a decision on the admissibility of the evidence proffered if it could avail itself of detailed arguments supporting the grounds of appeal;
CONSIDERING consequently that the briefing schedule should be resumed;
HEREBY pursuant to Rule 111 of the Rules;
ORDERS the Appellant to file his brief of argument by 30 November 2001.
