THIS TRIAL CHAMBER of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the Order of the President of the International Tribunal issued on 5 May 2005, assigning this case to Trial Chamber III,

CONSIDERING the Indictment against Ivica Marijacic and Markica Rebic ("the Accused") filed on 10 February and confirmed by Judge Alphonse Orie on 26 April 2005, charging the Accused with contempt of the Tribunal pursuant to Rule 77(A)(ii) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the International Tribunal ("Rules"),

PURSUANT TO Article 14 of the Statute of the International Tribunal and Rules 54 and 77 of the Rules,

HEREBY DESIGNATES Judge O-Gon Kwon as the Presiding Judge in these contempt proceedings and ORDERS that Judge Kwon may exercise all powers of a pre-trial Judge in this matter.
