THE TRIAL CHAMBER

PURSUANT TO RULE 54

HEREBY ORDERS:

the parties shall appear before the Trial Chamber on Friday 13 June 1997 at 3 p.m. to report to the Trial Chamber on the efforts to ensure compliance with a subpoena duces tecum addressed to the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Stjepan Ivankovic, Director, War Archive of the Croatian Community of Herceg-Bosna or his successor, issued by Judge McDonald on 30 April 1997;

(2) the personal attendance of Mr. Mato Tadic, Minister of Justice for the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is sought at that hearing and a subpoena ad testificandum shall be issued by the Trial Chamber to that effect.
