I, FAUSTO POCAR, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the Sentencing Judgement rendered by Trial Chamber III on 7 December 2005;

NOTING the "Notice of Appeal against Sentence on Behalf of Miroslav Bralo," filed by Counsel for Miroslav Bralo on 5 January 2006;

CONSIDERING Articles 12(3), 14(3) and 25 of the Statute of the International Tribunal and Rule 108 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

CONSIDERING the composition of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal as set out in document IT/242 issued on 17 November 2005;
