I, THEODOR MERON, President of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("International Tribunal"),

NOTING the Judgement rendered by Trial Chamber II on 1 September 2004;

NOTING the "Intent to File Notice of Appeal and Request for Extension of Time to File Notice of Appeal," filed by Radoslav Brdjanin on 22 September 2004;

CONSIDERING the composition of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal set forth in Document IT/222 of the International Tribunal, dated 17 November 2003;

CONSIDERING Articles 12(3) and 14(3) of the Statute of the International Tribunal and Rules 72(B)(i) and 72(E) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

HEREBY ORDER that the five-judge bench of the Appeals Chamber in Case No. IT-99-36-A, The Prosecutor v. Radoslav Brdjanin, shall, with immediate effect, be composed as follows:
