TRIAL CHAMBER II ("Trial Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal");

NOTING the Trial Chamber’s Decision on Prosecution’s Request for Variation of Page Limit on Final Brief of 30 March 2004, in which the Trial Chamber granted leave to the Prosecution to exceed the page limit for its Final Brief up to 300 pages (excluding appendices);

CONSIDERING that the Defence shall be entitled to file a Final Brief of the same length as the Prosecution’s Final Brief;

CONSIDERING that the Prosecution does not object to the granting of an extension to the Defence;

FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules;

HEREBY GRANTS leave to the Defence to exceed the page limit for its Final Brief up to 300 pages (excluding appendices).
