TRIAL CHAMBER II ("Trial Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal");

NOTING that the "Order Instigating Proceedings Against Milka Maglov" ("Order") of 8 May 2003, contains a typographical error which is suitable for correction;

NOTING further that the third paragraph of the Order reads in part as follows: "1. Rule 77(A)(ii) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("Rules"), regarding the alleged intimidation of a witness, and 2. Rule 77(A)(iv) of the Rules, regarding the alleged disclosure of the identity of a witness to a member of the public, in violation of an order of the Chamber";

CONSIDERING that the aforementioned paragraph should instead read as follows: "1. Rule 77(A)(iv) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence ("Rules"), regarding the alleged intimidation of a witness, and 2. Rule 77(A)(ii) of the Rules, regarding the alleged disclosure of the identity of a witness to a member of the public, in violation of an order of the Chamber";

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence, proprio motu,

HEREBY ORDERS that the third paragraph of the Order be altered as set out above.
