TRIAL CHAMBER II ("Trial Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("the Tribunal"):

NOTING the "Scheduling Order Concerning Allegations Against Milka Maglov", dated 18 November 2003, in which the Trial Chamber ordered that representatives of the Office of the Prosecution and Counsel for Radoslav Brdjanin have the liberty to appear at any hearing on the allegations of contempt against Milka Maglov ("Respondent") as concerned parties;

NOTING the protective measures for victims and witnesses granted in the Trial Chamber’s "Decision on Confidential Motion by Amicus Curiae Prosecutor for Protective Measures for Witnesses and for Continuation of Confidential Status of Documents", filed confidentially on 26 January 2004;

FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS

PURSUANT TO Rules 54, 69 and 75 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

HEREBY ORDERS THAT: the amicus curiae Prosecutor and the Respondent are requested to indicate in each of their confidential filings, whether they consent that the filing in question be disclosed to the Office of the Prosecution and Counsel for Radoslav Brdjanin;
