I, Jean-Claude Antonetti, Judge of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal");

HAVING BEEN APPOINTED Reviewing Judge in this case in a confidential and ex parte order of the President of the Tribunal dated 28 September 2004, pursuant to Rule 50(A)(i)(b) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal ("Rules"),

NOTING the Order Granting Leave to Amend the Amended Indictment Pursuant to Article 19 of the Statute of the Tribunal ("Statute") and Rule 50(A)(i)(b) of the Rules of 5 October 2004,

NOTING the confidential Warrant of Arrest and Order for Surrender and Withdrawal of Previous Warrants of Arrest communicated to the authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 5 October 2004,

NOTING the confidential Warrant of Arrest and Order for Surrender and Withdrawal of Previous Warrant of Arrest communicated to the authorities of Serbia and Montenegro on 7 October 2004,

CONSIDERING that in the interests of the efficient implementation of the above-mentioned warrants of arrest it was decided to temporarily delay disclosure to the public of the new warrants of arrest until 1 December 2004,

CONSIDERING that to date, Stojan ZUPLJANIN has still not been arrested,

CONSIDERING therefore that it is appropriate to disclose to the public the above-mentioned warrants of arrest,

FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS,

PURSUANT TO Rules 53, 54 and 55 of the Rules,

ORDER the disclosure to the public of the warrant of arrest communicated to the authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 5 October 2004 and the warrant of arrest communicated to the authorities of Serbia and Montenegro on 7 October 2004.
